If time's not an issue, or your volumes are high, you should have a think about going for 'manufacturing' rather than 'burning'.
You'll need to allow 7-10 days for our people to make a glass master, and set up their clever equipment, but once that's done, the cost-per-disc can be a fraction of the duplication price.
As a rule of thumb, the manufacturing process is only appropriate for quantities over 500. So, for those in-between quantities (say 500 - 5000) where either process is possible, it is your decision as to whether speed or cost is the more important issue.
